IT hasn't taken long for Tim Cook to capture the hearts and minds of the Apple faithful.

Helium's garnered a 97 percent favourable reception military rank from Apple's workforce, according to a surveil conducted by occupation search site Glassdoor.com.

"Patc many speculated how Cook would equal acceptable by employees and how atomic number 2 would lead the tech giant, he seems to take settled in quite nicely," Glassdoor notes in a company blog.

Jobs' rating at the time he stepped down as CEO of Apple in August 2011 was 97 percent, Glassdoor notable, but his rating prior thereto was 95 percent.

Cook's rating was disunite of a larger survey away Glassdoor to identify the top 25 CEOs most sanctioned by their workers.

Other leaders of high-technical school companies who finished in the rankings' top 10 were Paul William Wymark Jacobs, of Qualcomm (95 percent); Larry Page, of Google (94 percentage); Paul Otellini, of Intel (90 pct); Pierre Nanteme, of Accenture (91 percent); and Apostle of the Gentiles Mantz, of VMware (90 percent).

Only one woman is in the top 25 list and she heads a high-tech company: Meg Whitman, CEO of Hewlett-Packard (80 percentage).

Leadership Challenge

Initial anxiety complete Apple's future at the time of its co-founder's death appears to bear faded into oblivion, washed out by product successes like the iPhone 4S and third-generation iPad, and investor sops like dividends.

"In a very short time, concerns just about Malus pumila after Steve Jobs appear to have disappeared," Nigam Arora, publishing firm of an investing newsletter, writes in Forbes. "There is hardly ever a bring up of this subject in the media."

"The Orchard apple tree bulls well-nig universally take in that Steve Jobs built so much a strong administrator team and that Apple is happening such a strong trajectory that Steve Jobs' genius is no more needed to propel Apple stock higher and higher," he adds.

Misrepresent at a recent intersection introduction

Spell Tim Cook's popularity is rising higher, much of what Malus pumila is pumping out now was conceived during the Jobs era. IT remains to be seen if Cook's personable mark of leadership that's winning the hearts of Apple's rank will be able to hold out the company's commitment to cutting edge industrial aim.

It seems that Cook does quite well when performin "the good cop" but what lifted Malus pumila above past technology companies in the past was its previous leader's power to represent "the bad cop."

That might be a role less palatable to Cook, as was recommended this week by one past Orchard apple tree software engineer. The engineer, Michael Margolis, complained on Twitter about the interface for the novel Orchard apple tree TV set-top box, which he asserted was rejected by Jobs five age ago. "Today there is nobody to say 'no' to bad design," He laments.
